Below are the most frequently asked questions we receive.

1. There is nothing to install with this download making it compatiable with all computers.
These are simple .png and .jpg image files which all computers can open. Use Windows Photo Viewer (Vista).
Mac users should use photo image viewing program. Be sure to unzip file first.

2. After your paypal payment, click "return to merchant" to recieve your download link immediately.
Your download link will also be emailed to you within 30 minutes after processing. The subject like will read, "Thank You For Your Order".
Double check your 2CHECKOUT order to be sure your email address is correct! Many times customers mistype their address and do not receive the download email. Do NOT use school or military email addresses as they usually block our download emails. Please contact us with your order number and alternate email address asap if this should happen. If you do not know your order number, provide your full name.
Keep in mind, if you paid with an echeck you will not receive your download until it clears.
Note: If you get a "file is corrupted" error when you try to open the zip file, please login and download it again as downloads can time out or not fully download for various reasons. If you have a download accelerator or are using a firewall, temporarily disable them until you've gotten your files. You will need to delete the original zip file you've downloaded and try again.

3. The file that you download will be in a zipped format. This compresses the file into a smaller file so it doesn't take as long for you to download.
After you have finished downloading, you will see a folder with a zipper on it. You can click and view the games, but your print button will NOT work
because you still need to unzip the files. This is really easy to do, don't panic!! Here's what you do: (Click here)

4. Paypal is free and simple and very safe to use. We have always used Paypal because of it's high security and hassle free checkout.
When you purchase with Paypal you will receive your downloads instantly (unless you paid with an echeck). You do need to register first, which is fast & easy!
You can also use C2 Checkout using your major credit card. However, C2 Checkout uses an extensive fraud protection process which may delay your download by a few hours or up to 48 hours if there seems to be a problem with your card. This has happened only a handful of times.

5. We do accept checks, money orders, cashier checks and school purchase orders. Purchase orders must have a contact name and phone number and will be mailed only to a school address, not a PO Box. Click here to print an order form. Personal checks need to clear before shipment is made. Purchase orders will be shipped immediately. Email us for tax id number if needed.

7. CDs can be replaced for $7.00. Click here to add this to your cart. Email us HERE with original order number and full name.

8. Due to the nature of our product, we do not issue refunds on downloads. We will replace a cd that arrives damaged through the mail if we're contacted within 5 days. Each issue will be handled on a case by case basis. We are happy to help you any way we can, just contact us!!

9. We made the games only in color, the point being was to save you time from coloring by hand. However, you should be able to turn the color option off on your printer settings. Please use your printer manual for further instructions.
